Splendid Apartments accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Dinners Maestro. There are no fees for processing payments for the purchase. The payment will be listed as ” Splendid Apartments ” on your credit or debit card. Authorization and payment of your credit card works using the system WSpay ™ for authorization and payment in real-time.

Payment by bank transfer

Booking confirmation
Depending on the type of partner and tour Splendid apartments provides an instant confirmation of reservations and bookings on request. With instant confirmation services you will immediately receive a Voucher for your activity and your card will be charged immediately for the ordered service. For bookings on request your card will be authorized for the amount but will not be charged until we confirm your reservation / booking. When your booking is confirmed, the price will be charged for the authorized amount .

Cancellations and refunds
We request deposit payment (between 15 and 25% – depending on the date ) for each reservation. Splendid apartments d.o.o reserves right not to refund your deposit payment due to booking cancellation.
For all accommodation booking cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in, only deposit need to be payed.
For all accommodation booking cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in , SPLENDID Apartments d.o.o. holds right to charge your bank or credit card on following conditions:
Cancellation between 15-30 days in advance, will be charged up to 60% of total price
Cancellation between 7-14 days in advance, will be charged up to 80% of total price.
Cancellations within 7 days or less, or no-show will be charged 100% of total price.
The total cost of cancellation will be notified by e-mail or phone. You can cancel a booked accommodation at any time by contact us on email or phone. Refunds will be made to your card within 3-7 business days.
Tickets for festivals, transfers and events
These products can not be canceled once they’ve been purchased either get a refund of payment.
